1. Can I supply my own office automation ?
The office is fully equipped with the latest office automation. Clients are allowed to bring their own computer and fax machine, however, due to space considerations photocopiers and printers are not permitted.
2. My company is considering opening a business in Thailand but we're bewildered by the formalities and we're struggling with the language!
Biz Concierge offers its clients a full support service using our in-house English speaking staff and consultants. Just consult with us, in the strictest confidence of course, and we will draw up a plan to suit you
3. What if I need to work at weekend - can I get access?
Normal opening hours are 08.30 to 17.30, Monday to Friday but weekend or late evening opening may be possible by prior arrangement.
4. I am often out of town – how will callers to my dedicated number be handled and what happens to the messages?
Your dedicated phone number, answered in Thai or English according to the receptionist's instructions during our office hours (8:30 am to 17:30 pm, Monday through Friday – except Thai Public Holidays). You may also select from call transfer to your mobile phone, to your email or voicemail box
5. From time to time I need a car but I don’t want to drive myself – can you help?

6. I like the idea and low cost of having a workspace rather than a formal office but I have a lot of archive material – can you help me with that?
No problem! We have secure storage lockers available – please ask one of our staff for more details.
